Our Story

IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

Eagle Plumbing has a strong foundation in family. It’s where we came from. As a second-generation owned and operated company, we have provided our community with professional, reliable, and affordable service for over 50 years!

Our founder, Donne Seguin, established the company D.L. Seguin in 1956. He built a professional and respected business that provided reliable service to the Tucson community. He later moved to Saint David, and in 1996 he began operating solely out of Cochise County, and D.L. Seguin became Apache Eagle Plumbing. Though the town and the name had changed, the mission was still the same. Donne continued to run Eagle Plumbing until 2016, when he passed his legacy on to his sons.

With family at the foundation and a robust framework of shared goals, ideals, and values, Bob Balsiger has taken on the family vision as his own. Bringing fresh ideas and new practices, he has breathed new life into the company. His mission has been to provide the community with services that display artistry, high standards of safety, and affordable pricing.

Owner

Chris enjoys working out, mountain biking, and being with his family. He someday wants to retire on a beach and live happily ever after.

Bob Balsiger

Owner and Operator

Bob has been working for Eagle Plumbing for the past 15 years. In 2015, he took over Owner and Operator responsibilities. Bob loves the outdoors and traveling, and in his free time enjoys relaxing with family, kickboxing, and taking care of the family Pecan Orchard. It is Bob’s goal to help others, as well as to continue to learn and grow both personally and in business.

Bobby enjoys Mountain Biking, longboarding, and trying to surf. He will someday jump out of an airplane. Just once!! He wants to visit Alaska and hang out with the Grizzly Bears.

Shannon Harris

Office Manager

Shannon is an adventurous individual. She loves to try new things. She is a “Trekkee” fan and Rams fan and loves the Dodgers. She loves “Sea Food.” She wants to take an African Safari as one of her big adventures. Her life will always be full if she continues to learn and have fun.

Steven Muir

Plumbing Technician

Steven has been working in the plumbing industry for over 10 years. When he isn’t at work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Steven likes hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He wants to try scuba diving and learn to fix planes.
